So... 2010,,, another baby... Little girl call Mas Danica Mariam Walker. She's one last February and Luke's three last February too. Its been quite overwhelming I must say but I love every minute of it! I love the fact that I have a boy and a girl, I love the fact that they sometimes play well together though there are times that they could, I mean literally killed each other (but of course I will prevent that from happening). The nicest thing ever is when Luke comes up to me and says, "I love you mama." Awww... How sweet is that? Danica? Well, she's walking, she's running, she's a little madam with attitude. She'll scream, she'll throw tantrums - typical girl is what James always says to me. I've been bless, Almahdulillah. Living with the man that I love who's able to provide for me, given the opportunity to live in this beautiful house that we call home and two children that I adore so much. Life can never get better. I thank Allah S.W.T for all that he has given me for I know all these are just temporary...

All Grown Up!
And another addition coming our way... Soon I hope! Won't be long now! 4 days before the due date and everyone is in position, on standby, waiting patiently for her long awaited arrival. After 39 weeks of carrying, peeing, blood pressure, probing, testing, aching, running... it is time for her to show up! Now? Today I hope? Tomorrow maybe? Or next week I presume? Who knows! Only God knows! All I can do is waddle, waddle, lazying around and wait...
I do feel sorry for Luke though! With my massive belly and lack of energy and not being able to keep up with him, I'm unable to satisfy his energetic soul! Bless him!
He says 'Baby' to my belly and pointing at it as if he knows that there's a baby in it unless he thinks that my massive belly is called baby, then that's another story eh?!
He is growing up so fast! He'll be two in February and we are still contemplating on whether we should do a birthday party for him considering that I might either have given birth by that time OR induced on the 17th Feb... tough call, tough call!! Just have to play it by ear I suppose!
Oh, yes, we are having a girl! Yay!!!

Still the same

Its been a good day today though we weren't able to go out coz waiting for the delivery man. We missed a delivery yesterday so they were re-sending it today. Its a gift from James for my birthday this 19th. I'll be 29 this year. Feeling so old. Can't believe I'm at that age already. Well, I see it coming but I don't think I'm ready for it - not yet. Anyway, we've been checking out restaurants that we can go to that's baby and breast feeding friendly and realised that there's not many here in Halifax or anywhere around the area which we find really disappointing. If it's impossible then maybe we'll just invite friends and family over for a barbeque - if the weather's kind to us. Recently weather's not looking too good and what hope do we have eh? Nevertheless, we've got 14 days to go before the big day. If all don't go well, then we'll just go over the in-laws and have dinner with them.
Maybe they'll be kind enough to look after Luke for a night while me and James go out for a nice long meal... Luke's sleeping had been pretty alright so far (Alhamdulillah) as he'e been sleeping through though there were nights where he'll wake up at night either for a cry, a cuddle, nappy change or just telling us that he's alone and don't like it! Anyway, this is something we might need to discuss with the in-laws this weekend...
Did I mention that I've got a cross trainer from James? yep, I think he's telling me to lose those pounds plus he can use it himself also!
Tomorrow will be an exciting day for Luke and me too. He'll be going for his first swimming lesson and I am so looking forward to it - not him but me! Hope I'll be able to meet more mothers and make more friends...

Bought a bouncer for Luke and he's loving and enjoying it like crazy! Laughing all the way!

Can't remember the last time...
Well, to be honest, the last time I updated my blog was in March... that long huh? Yes... people might think that I've forgotten about my blog but actually, I've been so occupied that blogging was the last thing in my list... I am dissappointed in myself no doubt but all I wanted to do after putting Luke to sleep is sleep myself... Alhamdulillah, now, Luke's sleeping is improving and he sleeps better - well, not always but most of the time.
Our baby boy Luke is 19 weeks this week going on 5 months on the 22nd. We started to wean him now and boy does he love his food. I went to weigh him last week and he weighs 18lb 15oz and I think that's about 8.6kg and he is growing by the week, by the day... he is a curious and nosy little chap. He's responding to his name, love to laugh and smile and just a happy camper everyday of the day. He's just adorable... Of course I have to say that coz I'm the mother and he's my son - hee hee! But really for a 19 weeks old boy, he is a bit on the big side... Oh, oh and he loves his carrots and spinach and sweet potato and leek and peas... Its such a joy to watch him eat those purees food and fruits... Of course he still will be having his breast milk coz without that he won't be able to go to bed.
Pictures? Gosh, I'm still in the process of downloading my pictures from camera to computer so friends and family please bare with me okay? Sorry guys, patience okay????
Gotta go - will be back soon!!!

Me still here!
The pain was all worth it when what we have seems so precious and slowly taking over our lives even though he's only 10 days old... Endless sleepless nights, endless nappy changing, endless feeding... He's starting to breast feed and doing marvelously, Alhamdulillah... It took him numerous attempt but together with our perserverence, patience and constant pray, he did it - we did it and now he's always contented after a good feed...
So, here are some pictures of our son, Luke Mikkhail Walker, born on the 22.02.07 @ 11.49pm, normal delivery but with the help of foreceps unfortunately. I was on labour for 20 hours and the pain was excruciating. I was admitted in the hospital for 4 days before the midwife was satisfied with our progress. It was hard when we got home coz I was panicking all the time and with James also new to this parenthood, we both were sometimes at each other where I snap at him and he snap back and we both just snap, snap, snap... but all is well once the baby has settled himself down.. So all, enjoy the pictures we took. Unfortnately, we didn't have our camera with us when he was born but these pictures were taken few days after he was born. Oh, also James and my mother in law were in the delivery room with me and they witness the miracle birth of baby Luke... Uploading some more on my fotopages... Will Update them!

Tired and waiting in anticipation...
A week of my maternity leave has passed and boy was it great! I manage to shop around, get bits and pieces for the baby, clean the house (here and there) watch some day time telly and just do bugger all though at times I felt lazy which was normal I suppose. Yesterday we had a scare. While I was out shopping with Lucy, I felt a constant pain – a cramp to put it right and it was painful. It comes and goes and when I told her she panicked so we decided to go shorten our shopping trip and headed home – just in case. Seeing that we have no idea what’s going on, we decided to head to just in case. Unfortunately, James away in Portsmouth and won’t be back till 8pm so fortunately Lucy was willing to stay with me just in case if anything happens. Obviously nothing did happen and we concluded that it’s just a scare and it’s only a Braxton hicks… It comes and goes but not too bad… Today wasn’t that bad either, felt the cramp pain but its every 20 minutes so nothing to worry about…
We just felt really excited though and scared at the same time and really hoped that it happened yesterday but I guess its not time yet. What’s the rush eh? 8 days to go before the due date. Boy, hoe time flies when you’re having fun and worrying a lot. Mind you, the Boy’s nursery’s still an unfinished project and we presume that at the moment he’ll be sleeping with us in his Moses Basket. InsyaAllah, hope that everything will go smoothly and that he’ll be fine.
Will keep updated! :D

A Bit Late
I'm 5 days late but here it goes:
Wishing all My Friends and Family a Happy New Year and may this year Brings you More Joy and Happiness and Prosperity...
Alhamdulillah, 2006 has been a good year for us... Not as many hiccups as there were in 2005... We managed to regain ourselves and get back on track. We found out that we were pregnant, we've got our dream house that we can agree on and somehow could afford (with the help of some trusted relative ;D) and he has a job that someday will be his.... so things were and will be going great, InsyAllah... We've had a year of downfall in 2004/2005 so let's hope that this year will be a good one for us and even if it's not, then we'll just have to find a way to deal with it positively and make sure that we get back on our feet and start all over again...
Like many, the beginning of the new year was a quiet one though we couldn't help ourselves but spend the vouchers that we received over Christmas from relatives... HMV, Next, W H Smith... We spend it all in one day without forking out any cash - just the vouchers! Hee hee! That's the good thing about Christmas though - you get presents and especially if its something that you wanted like my Tassimo Coffee, Cappuccinno, Latte, Hot Chocolate and Tea maker. The parents-in-law decided to buy me the Tassimo Machine since that's what I asked for and its just perfect for the new house! New gadget for me to play with - hee hee! James on the other hand bought me Camer - Its Kodak and I will let you know what model it is when I get home... Its super cool and not forgetting also it comes with the photo printer which is great coz I can print out the pictures straight away and it looks great!
I'm gonna snap happy with my Camera and definetely I've got to take some pictures of my colleagues and boss before I go for my maternity leave which is on the 26.01.07. Two and half more weeks to go and I am ecstatic! I keep rubbing it in about my 6 months maternity leave and James hating me for it... I'm staying home and he's working but mind you I'm not staying home for a holiday, I'm staying home to take care of the little one - so can you call that a holiday? I don't think so - sleepless nights, constant crying (maybe), cleaning the house while taking care of the baby... etc, etc... Well, if other mothers can do it, then so can I!!!
Our new house is still incomplete - the interior decoration I mean... We've got the dining tables, sofas, tvs, dresser, guest bed (which we're sleeping in at the moment) - all the big & main furniture is already in the new house, it's just those small, small details that need to fill up the room to make it a complete home... I am yet to find the energy and the motivation to get my arse up and tidy up and put things away... Mind you, we still need to get a bookcase for all the books, some plants, some small corner table to put the phone and keys and other things... Sooo many to think about but soo little time, soo little energy...
Baby's nursery room is still not up and ready. We've already ordered our Baby Crib/Cot and push chair from MotherCare and they will send it to us just 2 weeks before my due date, need to get a wardrobe for the baby's room, changing table and other accessories... HELP!!!! I need to know what to get for the baby!!! I've got him a nice newborn coat, some long sleeve newborn clothes for him, Newborn Diapers, all the bath necessities, yet to get his bath tub, socks, towels etc, etc, etc... This weekend, MIL is taking us to buy curtains so which means this will be a perfect time for us to buy those baby things that we require... Need to make a full long list!

Apamacam Nih!!!!
FED-UP SEH!!!!! Apa sajer lah!!! Dari satu masalah yang mengarut ke satu masalah yang tak masuk dek akal langsung mangsung!!!! Aku jugak yang diperslahkan....
Tadi pergi jumpa midwife... Alhamdulillah semuanya seems okay - blood pressure okay, urine test seems okay, took some blood test... Heart beat baby Alhamdulillah, sounds good... Hee hee! Bila midwife put her hand on my belly, the boy gave her a kick sikit not once but twice and that made the midwife smile and laugh a bit. Kira amused lah gituk kan... Baby's head is in the right position - at the bottom which is good... Thank you Baby!!! You've done well!!! Mummy so proud of you and sekarang nih pun boleh rasa dia moving around which is really, really good.... MIdwife kata kalau dalam satu hari baby tak bergerak, ialah wajar kalau I call the hospital - its better make a fuss with whatever worry you than not mkaing any fuss at all... Itulah dia cakap tuh...
Balik kerja, I somehow has been dragged into this so called miscommunication that occur between my colleague who has just resign yesterday and my bosses… What my x-colleague told them somehow bamboozled me and makes me wonder. I told her stuff in confidence and in return she manage to include my name in this fiasco that was going on between them (semalam dan hari ini)… Yes, I might have told her a bit about the company which somehow she turnaround and says that she wasn’t sure about the company after 3 weeks of working there coz they were on about her salary again and wanting her to work full time (coz at the moment she was Part Time only), yes I might have told her what had happened to all my other ex-colleagues that were unfairly dismissed for she asked me the question as how many employees were employed before her… I’m not happy with the company myself and for her pulak after 4 weeks of working with the company, there were things that she weren’t happy about and so we gossip and talk about it and discussed about it… I asked her if she’s comfortable taking over my work during my maternity leave and she wasn’t sure about it coz she saw how much I have to take in and she’ll just get ultra confuse… Seems like the bosses were so sure that she’s going to take over my work but somehow this colleague of mine says that she didn’t gave them an answer… So, there’s the confusion there…. Anyhooo… I don’t know what I said anyway coz most of the time, she was the one doing the talking and complaining and all I can do was just nod and say hmmmm…. Well…. So how this becomes my fault, I don’t know… it sure feels like it was my fault that this girl decided to resign…. The thing is WHY DRAG ME INTO IT!!!!! You made the decision, you can’t tahan them as much as I can tahan them, you are the one who keep going on and on and on about it, you were the one who was very short with them everytime they told you to do stuff or said something, you were the ONE and it has got nothing to do with me!!!!!! Next time, anybody ask me anything, I’m just going to shut it!!! That’s it… Just shut it!!!! For goodness sake, don’t bring me down with you will yah coz I only got 1 and half months to go before I said SELAMAT JALAN to them… I expect whatever that’s been said between us, is between us… right? Right? And yesterday, we went out for dinner after work with another Colleague whose leaving the company and obviously we didn’t invite the lady boss coz my colleague, Jamie, wasn’t comfortable having the boss, plus there was a tiff between the lady colleague and the lady boss, so is there a point asking the lady boss? No! I don’t think so!!! So this morning, I found out that they knew about the farewell do from their source (lady boss brother who is working with them temporarily) somehow manage to sneakily mention about the dinner last night to lady boss and I was questioned about it… They asked why was I being cheeky and sneaky about the dinner. It would be nice if they were invited… Yes it would be nice but it’s not up to me is it? 2 people don’t want you to be there and I’m just easy, so what the hell do you expect me to do? So I just said that it’s at the spur of the moment thing – last minute thing where we decided to take Jamie out for a meal and it’s just us, and where C (the girl colleague) can rant out her anger without the presence of the boss (of course this part I didn’t mention)… Make sense? Can’t we go out for a meal? Do we have to ask permission from you? Somehow, lady boss was not impressed! Now, do I really care? Do I really, really care? Nope, not really actually!!!
So, what to do? Just get on with it I suppose and next time just not say anything to anyone except with Younas my other colleague whom I can trust – not fully but a little bit will do…
Please let me concentrate & enjoy this beautiful Chocolate cake that I bought from the CafĂ© with rich chocolate cream spread on top of the delicious, finger licking chocolate sponge cake… Sort yah!!!!

Does it have to end that way?
I’m upset coz James was and still is upset not with me but with his work…
Yesterday, we went down to see the solicitors to sign some documents for the new house – we’re almost there! Signed, sealed and delivered in a month time… But in the morning before we left home, James received a phone call from one of his colleague in London from site telling him that there’s some problem on site and they need him there as in this weekend or better if its that day itself! Last minute then they decided to ring him!!! Ugggghhh!!! I was appalled and so was he! Hearing that, he was annoyed! Absolutely aggravated beyond believe. James knew that it’s something that the guys on site can sort it out themselves and sometimes he just couldn’t comprehend why they just couldn’t try and sort things out when it’s something soooooo minor! They have a project manager there whom oversees everything but somehow this particular guy just couldn’t use his initiative and judgement himself. Mind you, the travelling between Halifax and London takes him about 4 hours and he just plainly hates driving to London plus you’ve got to pay congestion charge when you go in and out of London and also it takes forever to reach your destination. Thing is also, James hates London with a passion… It’s just one of those places that he wouldn’t live in due to the standard of living, expensive food, expensive hotels, overcrowded and all that sort. Probably some people or Londoners might disagree with him but well, different people different view. He doesn’t mind Singapore but he just doesn’t like London.
His work is starting to get to him. First it’s Leicester then London. He’s suppose to be a Contract Manager but somehow he has become like a site labour and he just couldn’t comprehend where he stands in the company. He took this job up coz his dad says he’ll be office base and that’s what he wants but suddenly the table turns and he’s going to site more and more… He’s not doing what he is suppose to be doing which is being a Contract Manager and dealing with contracts and learning the ropse of it all. His brother is cushionly comfortable being base in the office but not him. Why? Why? It seems that because James know the site and he can do levelling and setting out, they presume that he can do everything… They’ve got people on site so why can’t this guy just sort it out themselves? It’s like James got to wipe their ass all the time when problem starts to arise! And his dad just couldn’t get around to employ an agency engineer – either he couldn’t be bothered getting someone or it could be too expensive for the company… But James can’t be at 2 places in one time and with me being 7 months pregnant I would really want him to be at home with me just in case… He’ll be away this weekend – well that will be since Thursday – so Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I’ll be seeing him probably on Monday if I’m lucky…. Sigh…
Yesterday, while on the phone with James he made a firm decision. Either they get an Agency Engineer or he will quit his job… He doesn’t want to be like his dad where he works 24/7 and spend no time with his children coz all he cares about and prioratise is his work and James doesn’t want to turn out like that – be a stranger to your own sons. He wants to know his child, he wants to see his child grow up and not miss a thing. If he’s going to be away so often, he’ll miss out so much and he doesn’t want that. He rather earn less money and be with his family than having big salary and not seeing his child/children… So, what can I say? Just told him that it’s all entierely his decision but if he could stick it until end of this year, then it would be good – I think. But with the baby coming, is it wise for him to do that? I donno… I want to say something to my father in law – letting him know how upset James is with work but I don’t think its my place to do so. Better if James tell the father himself which he has mention to him before but as usual it’s on deaf ears on his dad part. If its not his way, he wouldn’t listen – my FIL that is… So, I don’t know what to do. All I can do is just be patient and just let things work out themselves… I don’t want to worry coz I don’t want my baby to feel my negative vibes… Don’t want to be sad… So I just pray to Allah for guidance for the both of us… Just wish his dad will realise how much they need an extra hands in the office and on site.
Si kecik kat dalam perut nih moving around sampai sakit my tummy dibuatnya kekadang... But exciting jugak bila rasa dia move around. Sometimes I will just sit down and watch it move! Hee hee!

Hee hee!

It Arrived...
Saturday the 28th... All ready to go to Milah's place. Left home at about 10.30am. James decided that the first half of the journey, I should drive which was really nerve wrecking for me but at the same time I was quite excited! Well, I've never driven that far before so this will be a big challenge for me, lagi-lagi time kita nih pregnant - mana nak tahan buang air kecik etc... Time that it will take to our destination will be about 3 and half hours but oh how wrong we were. Once we were on the motorway, I can't recall how many road congestion there were! It was horrendous!!! So Jane, our SatNav decided to take us to a different route so to avoid more congestion and I guess that's why it took us longer than we hope for (5 hours you!). After 2 hours of driving, we decided to stop at the service station for some lunch and swap driver... We drove down to M1 and again, the road was congested with road works, so again Jane, our SatNav decided to take us to another different route and took us a further half hour journey extra to our time... But nevertheless, after all the driving and en-routing we arrived at 3.30pm!!! Keluar rumah pukul 10.30am sampai rumah Milah at 3.30pm - punyalah penat and panas my bontot... Miraculously I didn't fall asleep as a passenger like in the past where bila kita hit motorway ajer, my eyelids gets heavy and I will be off to lala land... What a difference. We had a great time - I know I had a great time. Sampai rumah Milah jer, terus I scan the food laying on the table. Apa taknyer, lapar betul!!! Hee hee!!! The food look so mengancam but of course I tak attack the food straightaway - malu seh! Takkan datang rumah orang terus attack makanan bila puan rumah belum offer... Iskh!!! Makanlah kuih-muih yang ada sikit dulu. James pulak glued to the cricket on telly so that's okay... No need to worry about him... Dapatlah jumpa kawan2 Milah yang gerek semua. Ada Indonesian, Malaysian and Singaporean. Macam back in Singapore gituk bila everyone get together, bual-bual campur English and Malay. It was great! Once dah offer apa lagi terus I attack the food... Ada Rendang Daging power, nasi minyak, this one dish I terlupa namanya - ada tempe dengan ikan bilis digoreng dengan samabl - aaah, itu power, even James love it! Kuih muih semua ada... Macam-macam lah makanan ada sampai tak teringat kita! Hee hee!!! Tapi memang sedap sampai menjilat Jari!!!
Met this cool and very nice Indonesian lady called Netty from Bali (I think that's how her name spelled - tak ingat kita) and she is 8 months pregnant but still look really good :)... I envy dia! This will be her third child katanya. I was unable to get her number, but she got mine so hopefully dia telepon lah kita kalau dia boring2...
So lepas dah kenyang, penat dah berbual-bual, tengok time dah pukul 8.30pm, so kita kenalah mintak diri dulu. Ingat nak stay over at Milah's tapi since James kena kerja the next day, terpaksalah kita drive home on that day itself. Sampai rumah around midnite apa lagi, balik terus tidor - takde tunggu2 lagi!
Will sambung again later about our next Eid visit to Anna house pulak the week after... dengan gambar sekali! So you all can see me dengan my perut yang besar... hee hee!
Iskh! I want to upload some pictures that my sis hantar, but tak keluar pulak... Will try again later!

Tersangatlah Busy... :P
Sampai tak tahu kenapa tersangatlah busy.... It's not being busy, it's just being pure laziness that has creep up in me...
SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI, MOHON AMPUN DAN MAAF KEPADA SEMUA RAKAN-RAKAN YANG DIKENALI! KALAU ADA TERKASAR BAHASA, SALAH SILAP TUH, HARAP DIMAAFKAN YER!!! :D
It has been that long since I posted anything in my blog that there were times that I forgot that I have a blog of my own... Read others but just didn't feel like updating mine... Donno why though! Not that I don't want to keep uptodate my progress, its just... well... just pure lazy - tada back bone gituk kan! Okay, okay... So sorry... Won't happen again, I promise!
I've past my 6th months of pregnancy... tummy seems to be growing bigger everyday though whenever I looked down at my tummy I always thought that it should be bigger than what it should be... Its just me being an inexperience mummy! James was so adorable yesterday! When we were in bed, he put his right hand on my tummy and said, "C'mon now, kick for daddy..." I just love it when he says that!
Our Eid was quiet though next week I presume it might be busy... This weekend, we'll be driving off to Essex to Milah's place for Eid Makan and also to visit her, next Sunday, INsyaAllah we will be able to go to Anna's place for her Eid Open house, though on Saturday I've gotta go to my FIl's office to help out with some filing etc... Get paid for that so the money will come in handy!!! Our open house pulak - hee hee, kena tunggu rumah baru! Bila pindah baru boleh buat open house. At the moment our current house in Shelf is a bit of a mess, so no point inviting people over... which means that for me to have an Eid do, I've got to do it in November... probably on the 11th November. Lambat pun lambat lah asalkan jadi cuma yang pikiran jer nih nak masak apa eh???? Gotta open up my Recipe folder and look through the recipes...
Sambung sekejap lagi!

A R I G A T O K
Alrighty then… Burp, burp…. Burrrrrrppppp…
Okay, so since I’ve had my delicious, crunchy, juicy apple, the burp starts and it just wouldn’t stop! Buuurrrpp… Its completely grotesque! Well, actually it gave me a sense of relieve after burping! Hee hee! Buuuurrrp!
This morning when I went to the ladies, some saliva suddenly decided to just choked me and I started coughing like there’s no tomorrow… Then suddenly…. Blagggghhhh…. I vomited everything that I ate this morning. It was horrendous! It felt terrible and I was weak on my knees – well literally… It was really bad… Thing was, this saliva of mine have been stucking on my throat for a few times (not constantly but kind of kadang-kadang ajer) and sometimes it made me cough so hard that I peed on my pants… Okay, yes it sounds nauseating but with a loose bladder like mine, you just can’t help it can yah? Okay bit too much detail there but I just need to know that it’s something that I’ve got nothing to worry about.
Question for the experience mummies – is it normal to have aches and pains now and again on your belly, abdominal?
I mean I’ve finished my course of Antibiotics given from my Doctor for the urine infection and I felt better after few weeks but yesterday – hmmmmmm dia mula sakit lagi but it wasn’t as bad a before though… I’m on my 15th weeks and 5 days and well, normal kah?
Later on tonight, we’ll be going to a Japanese Restaurant to celebrate Lucy’s Belated birthday with the in-laws which is already 2 weeks overdue! Hee hee! Anyway, am looking forward to it coz boy do I miss sushi! For sure I won’t eat the raw seafood what with my condition and all – probably just the fried tempura with their rice and vegetables etc… Don’t really know what’s on the menu but will definitely make sure I don’t eat the raw one, won’t even try it! Anyway, won’t be able to swallow it if I even give it a try!

Indahnya Hari Itu!
It’s been decided that I will have to be the Chief Bridesmaid to my brother-in-law fiancĂ© as I'm her only female friend that she know who’s married. So… thrilled am I? Honoured am I? I’m not too sure cause I have no clue what I’m suppose to be doing though she did give us (the bridesmaid and chief bridesmaid) a small handbook of what our roles are to be and truthfully I’m not sure that I’m keen to be a Chief Bridesmaid. The responsibilities are just way, way too much and plus with a kid to take care of next year etc, etc… not convenient or is this just another of my excuse?!!! hmmmmmmm?
Yes, yes, it’s not till December next year but I just can’t help but worry and wonder. James keep reminding me that its next year and many unexpected things do happen in a year and furthermore its better if I concentrate more on my pregnancy, the birth etc, etc, etc… Darling dearest is always level headed isn’t he?
This morning felt absolutely knackered through the bones. Even now I’m feeling lethargic and just wanna crawl into my bed, cover myself with the duvet and just go to la la land only to come back feeling fresh and energetic. I’m on my 15th weeks now and apparently this is the time where I should be exercising more – do some Yoga, swimming and apparently running or jogging should do the trick too but maybe I’ll skip the running part. Not wanting to give my baby headaches… Appetite so far has been okay though I still haven’t have that craving for anything yet… I eat all and anything I can find whenever I’m hungry and also now I’m more keen on eating and slurping soup than before.
Last weekend, I went up to Leicester with James. Despite having to sit in his site Cabin for 2-3 hours and feeling dead bored while in there (unfortunately no hanky panky in the cabin as its absolutely filthy!) we actually had a great time together in Leicester - Our dirty weekend! Hee hee!!!! Booked in a hotel called Gramada Jarvis Hotel which looked very exquisite, did some shopping while James went back to work, drank Chocolate Latte in one of the CafĂ© while reading my Dean Kootz book, did some more shopping and after feeling absolutely shattered, decided to go back to the hotel and have a good rest while waiting for the stud! He got back at around 4.30pm, had our ‘nap’ for few hours and woke up feeling extremely hungry… Off we went to this restaurant called The Chase where we made a mistake by not making a reservation but they were kind enough to give us a seat seeing that it wasn’t that busy AT that time… It was delicate! The mushroom soup that I had for starter was to die for! Gosh!!! Its not your normal mushroom soup… They blend the mushroom with all the spices and it comes out this thick yummy SLURPY wonderful soup which I must say this again was to die for! Meal was excellent and desert was just heaven! Mind you, all these food and hotel were all paid for by his company so we were making the full use out of it all! Luxurious restaurant, posh hotel… Its not often that we’re able to splurge on other’s expenses (in a kind gentle way!) Hee hee! Not good is it?
Well, all and all, I had a marvellous time and can’t wait to do it again only this time it will be on our own expenses… Can’t expect charity all the time can I?

Susu oh susu!
I think my male boss is getting senile or just being a pain on my backside… Why did I say that? Well, this morning the milk was almost out, almost habis so they told me to ring our colleague who’s coming in work at 9am to get us a 4 pint of milk. It was only about 8.25am when he told me this but I told him that its too early to call him coz he might be in bed or something (which I don't think is true but well...), so best if I rang him at 8.45am which was better coz he’s on his way and he won’t forget. I called my colleague at 8.40am to get the milk for us and at 8.45am my male boss asked me if I rang him… Its just the tone of his voice when he asked me… Bloody hell man, its just milk! Don’t have to give me that tone! Macam boleh mati gituk kalau tak dapat susu!!!! (Sorry ah.. abit kasar! Boring lah dengan si dia nih!) Inilah kalau orang yang heavy coffee drinker!!!
Thing is, my colleague just bought a 4 pint of milk like last Wednesday and normally it lasts us about 1 week, so this time it lasted less than that. How crazy is that? They better pay my colleague the money they owe him for the milk coz I tell you, sometimes they just ignore about it! Tsk! Typical isn’t it? Anyway, that’s my ranting for this morning… Will write again about my wonderful weekend with James in my next entry…
Iskh! Pagi-pagi lagi dia dah kasi darah kita naik - pasal susu pulak tuh!!! Hee hee!

14th Weeks 5 Days - 17.08.06
For the first time I’m hearing thunder and seeing lightning since living here in the UK. Its starting to rain cats and dogs and I’m loving it! Hujan rahmatlah katakan.
Yes, it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on my blog. Simple reason being laziness took over me with full force. All I wanted to do when I reached home, was lay on my sofa and just stay there till time for my bedtime… of course I do need to get up now and again to go to the loo or have some snack, make tea for the hubby etc, etc… in the end, to the sofa my butt lay…
Last two weeks haven’t been kind to me – health wise that is. I had infection on my urine and so had to take antibiotics which I must say is helping now a bit. The constant pain on my abdominal had gone (a bit but not entirely) headaches been less than before, though the day before I had this horrendous headache that when I came home, I was in such a state that unfortunately, James got the lashing from me… I was unreasonable beyond believe! Anyway, we’re cool now – we both apologise and get on with our lives.
Just found out yesterday that James gotta go to Leicester for the whole weekend – working!!! Gosh! What am I gonna do? I could go out shopping meet up with people do this and that but I think the best thing that I could do is stay home, do all the cleaning that I’ve been neglecting, finish up my cross stitch (like that will happen in 3 days!), finish up reading Dean Koontz, chat with Anna, Rose, mak, ayah, sis… Bake pies probably or cookies… Well, since I’ll be all by myself, might as well I do all these right? Hilangkan kebosanan!!! Hee hee! Doing all these actually makes me really contented! It might sound boring to others but to me, it just sound devine!!!
Anyway, my physical progress – well, my face is rounder my butt isn’t expanding as much as I had anticipate, I can see that my belly is growing each week and that makes me feel really excited!!! Haven’t had any strange dreams anymore… Of course there were times that I worry about the condition of my baby inside – just hoping that it gets enough nutrition, enough anything that it needed…
Last weekend, after feeling much, much better, both of us left home at 5.45am and off we went to the Grand Prix Masters with his brother at Silverstone… Despite the rain and cold, I survive the day and had a wonderful time… but will continue in the next entry (which I hope won’t be too long) coz right now I need to go home! (Yes I’m writing this while in the office!)
Tada!

11th Weeks 3 Days - 25/07/2006
Last night (or was it this morning, I couldn’t remember), I had this uncanny, fantastic dream that’s hard for me to comprehend of even interpret. A dream was just a dream, not really a reality but it was felt so real, so there! I wanted to say what the dream was but I’m not really sure if I should… What if I said it and the opposite happens, wouldn’t I be devastated? Whatever happens there’s always a reason behind it and Allah knows best and I leave it all to fate… If it happens the opposite then I redha… But the dream was glorious… it was wonderful and yet unreal, yet magnificent… It was the best dream I had ever and I wish it may come true, but all this will be up to the Almighty. I pray for his guide to show me the right path and I pray that the child that I’m carrying will always be healthy, beautiful, obedient, anak yang soleh… InsyaAllah… Everytime I think about the dream, it brings a smile to my face. It lights up my day… Its bright blue eyes, its smile, its laughter… One thing that I couldn’t remember was whether it’s a boy or a girl but all I can remember was its bright blue eyes, my parents, James and I… Well, it’s just a dream only ain’t it?
Today my tummy not feeling too good. Its been making noises and while in the office, I’ve been farting non stop… Ewwww… okay, I’m all alone sitting outside so there’s no one else to savour the smell of my fart plus it’s odourless… Tummy just felt like playing those drums and its making me uncomfortable. The weather’s not helping much either and the fan…. It keeps blowing on my face only making me want to just fall asleep right there and then… oh! Did I mention that last Friday, our long awaited new huge corner sofa that can have 5 or more people sleep on it has just arrived. I tell you, it’s so big that me & James just could spread ourselves whenever we lay down on it! It was magnificent!!! Will take a picture of it once I find my charger for the camera… I kinda misplaced it, hee hee! The old sofa – well, at the moment we’re not sure what we going to do with it. We have it moved against the wall in our living room and yes it does look a mess but this is just temporary okay! We think we will give it to charity – still in good condition only the covers need a bit of washing which isn’t a problem…
Last weekend as usual rang mak to see how she’s doing and just chit chatting away like we always do on the weekend. Seems like she’s having a fever but still that doesn’t stop her from telling me everything and anything and everything!!! I missed her sooo much… Told her to stay with me in the UK for 6 months while I’m on my maternity leave next year after giving birth but she says that’s a bit too long though she would love to! But at least she could put her feet up and enjoy the cold weather, keep me company and of course assist me with the baby, hee hee… I sure do need her by my side!!!
Well, that’s still a long way to go… when the time is near, we’ll see how it goes in the meantime, I’ve just got to take good care of myself, eat healthy, do some exercise (just the light and easy one) and wait for it to just grow and grow and grow until it decided to come out!!!! :D

Day 68 - 14/07/06, Friday
And so, past few days had been exceptionally good except for yesterday which was Thursday. Reason being I ate something that my tummy couldn’t endure and I can’t really tell what it was but it’s got to be one of the mixed fruits that I bought from Tesco supermarkets… Not once but twice and so I’ve been in and out of the toilet for couple of times… I hope its nothing serious, though today I’m feeling extremely fine, Alhamdulillah. This first trimester, I’ve got to be really careful with what I eat, drink and do… Seems like eating cornflakes every morning does the trick for I’ve been having less nausea and throwing up therefore must keep on eating cornflakes.
Today, I receive a surprise news from my friend Q in India, Mumbai. It seems that she’s 6 weeks pregnant! How wonderful is that eh? Gosh, we were chatting on and on about all the unexpectancy about this and that…. It’s just sp amazing to have someone going through the same early stages with me. We promised each other to keep ourselves updated with each other’s progress and to send pictures of us blooming/blossoming… This is just so exciting but too bad she’s far, far away in India and me far, far away in the UK but we won’t be despair! We’ll support each other in any way we can! So, that’s the good news for today!
One thing for sure, I need to cut down my Chilli intake and drink less fizzy drink though it’s suppose to help me with the nausea… Hmmmm… I need to contemplate on that…
Tomorrow, we’ll be going to Ian’s for Barbeque… I’ll just have the salad thank you very much! Maybe make potato salad! Yummy!
